If you have not received your package or it is stolen, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim. Once the claim has been filed please update us with a claim number and we will send out a replacement.

The Ksaloni team wants to be a part of your healthy skin journey. However, finding a skincare regimen that works for “Your” skin is a process. With this in mind, if one of our systems does not seem to be the right fit for your skin, we will assist you in finding an alternative solution at a complimentary discount rate. This option is only available to return customers who have previously purchased an essential, treatment or complete system and have used it consistently for 90 days.

• Please note that it can take up to 90 days to see the visible positive effects of a new skincare regimen. In addition, you may experience a breakout during the acclimation period within the first 30 days which is typical and normal.
• You must have given the products at least 90 days of consistent use before requesting a different solution.
• Customers must email us within 7 days after the 90 days of use for the product solution guarantee to be valid.
